Response to the Consultation on possible changes to the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) Rules 2014 and the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008.
The TPC proposes to amend rule 19(3D) of the FTTIAC Rules and to omit rule 22A from the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 regarding proposed changes.

Stakeholder views are sought on whether such rules should be adopted as well as the content of such rules.
