The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) is the part of HM Treasury (HMT) which ensures that financial sanctions are properly understood, implemented and enforced in the United Kingdom. In carrying out its functions, OFSI processes personal data for which HM Treasury is the data controller.
