On 13 February 2023, the Secretary of State gave notice of the start of an appeal under section 38 of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 and Schedule 20 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.

This appeal relates to the carrying out of establishment works at Kennack Sands, Cornwall in the absence of an agreement with the owner or occupier of the land.

Any person may make representations to the Secretary of State in respect of the appeal provided that they are received by midnight on 5 April 2023.
