We are expanding our support to help stakeholders understand and use the regulatory framework for single source defence contracts.

The SSRO reports on departmental spending over £500 with a government procurement card (GPC) and departmental spending over £25,000.
The SSRO is seeking feedback on proposals for improving the support it provides to stakeholders to help them understand and apply the regulatory framework for non-competed defence contracts.
A party seeking an opinion or determination from the SSRO may find it helpful to complete this submission template and return it to referrals@ssro.gov.uk.
The SSRO can provide independent and authoritative advice on the application of the regulatory framework to inform contract negotiations or help contracting parties to decide whether to seek an SSRO opinion or determination when permitted.
The SSRO has a duty to issue opinions or legally binding determinations in relation to certain matters referred to it by the Ministry of Defence or contractors in qualifying contracts.
