This report sets out thePSPRBs analysis of the evidence and makes recommendations on the pay and allowances of the Director of Prisons, governor grades, prison officers, support grades and Prisoner Escorting and Court Custody Service grades in Northern Ireland from 1 April 2022. The Department of Justice (Northern Ireland) Permanent Secretary has formally responded to the report.
