  1. We have amended side notes in the form to make it clear that an assent does not need to be a deed.

  2. A side note to panel 8 has been amended to replace a reference to "electronic address" with "email address" for clarity.

  3. Panels 6 and 7 have been amended as a result of the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2022.

  4. We have amended the side note to panel 12. The certificate to be given must confirm that the grant of probate, letters of administration or court order was granted in the United Kingdom.
