The first report summarises regular research carried out by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) about working as an approved driving instructor (ADI).
It aims to:
- find out how important things are changing over time
- get views on topical issues
The second report summarises research carried out by DVSA at the same time with ADIs who book and manage driving tests for learner drivers.
