This release presents experimental statistics on the diversity of the Home Office workforce. The statistics in this release are based on data from the Home Offices Adelphi HR system for the period 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022. This publication forms part of the Home Offices response to Recommendation 28 of the Windrush Lessons Learned Review. The data we are publishing goes beyond the recommendation and covers broader identity categories, where possible examining representation by grade, and by different areas within the Home Office.
