This document constitutes the Ministry of Justices (MoJ) evidence submission to the Senior Salaries Review Body (SSRB) for its 2023/24 pay review for full-time and part-time salaried judicial office holders (the remit group) in the courts and tribunals of the United Kingdom for whom the Lord Chancellor sets the rate of remuneration.
