- are Afghan nationals who were evacuated from Afghanistan from 2021 under Operation Pitting
- are third country nationals who were evacuated as part of Operation Pitting and are a neither a British Citizen nor an Afghan national
- are in the UK without valid leave to remain
It explains:
- how they will not be subject to immediate enforcement action
- how they can apply for assistance to return
- how they can seek further assistance
