Details

The concessionary rate is for the first 1,500 (full price value) ofAnimal and Plant Health Agency (APHA)services in a financial year if any of the following apply:

youre exporting VAT-exempt goods
youre not registered for VAT and do not need to be registered in that financial year (1 April to 31 March)
your certified exports were worth less than 5,000 in the last financial year

You must apply for the concessionary rate before you apply for a phytosanitary certificate.
