This study is evaluating the digitisation of services in the civil and family courts, and tribunals, as part of the HMCTS Reform Programme. It includes surveys, interviews, and analysis of management information to assess the implementation and effects of digitisation, especially relating to access to justice. It forms part of an overarching programme evaluating HMCTS Reform.
