From March to June 2021, the government held a call for evidence to inform the development of the first Womens Health Strategy for England. Analysis of the call for evidence consultation response has informed the development of this document.

Withdrew command paper 710 and replaced with command paper 736. Amendments include factual corrections to lines on the General Medical Councils Medical Licensing Assessment (section 1 and 8), the list of 9 gynaecological procedures for which the Getting it Right First Time programme are developing consent guidance (section 3 and 11), and the percentage of men and women who are obese (section 17).
