Details

The rules apply to all providers of education and training who receive apprenticeship funding from the Skills Funding Agency (SFA). These are the funding rules for all apprenticeship frameworks and standards, including those delivered by higher education institutions.

This suite of documents and the principles and rules they contain are part of the terms and conditions of funding and must be read with the other contract documents.

  2. Version 4 of the apprenticeships: common funding and performance-management rules 2016 to 2017 published.

  3. We have now published version 3 of the apprenticeships: common funding rules 2016 to 2017.

  4. We have now published Version 2 of the Funding Rules 2016 to 2017. We have updated these based on your feedback, which we have used to clarify some of our content. These documents set out the rules for funding, including the evidence required to support funding for 2016 to 2017. These rules will apply from 1 August 2016.
