This guidance provides instruction to vetting applicants on how to activate their NSVS Portal account, access, complete and submit their security questionnaire and submit an aftercare incident report.

UKSV are in the process of updating our guidance to include our new contact details. Please note that from December 12 2022, the Enquiry Centre service will close and be replaced by a new UKSV Helpdesk. Please use the contact email address uksv-helpdesk@cabinetoffice.gov.uk from this date onward, in place of both the former UKSV-ContactUs@mod.gov.uk address and UKSV-TechSupport-Grp@mod.gov.uk addresses, which will no longer be in operation after December 12 2022. Current contact details for UKSV can be found on our Contact Us page.
