Complete and return this form if you wish to object to the schools adjudicator because you consider a schools admission arrangements:

If your concerns are about the admission arrangements for a year other than the 2023 to 2024 academic year, make it clear to which years arrangements you are referring.

The objectors information sheet provides guidance about the 5 stages an objection undergoes once received by the adjudicator.
