The Office of Rail and Roads (ORR) reviews Network Rails possessions and performance regimes, which compensate train companies for the financial impact of planned and unplanned service disruption.
ORR is seeking feedback on its preferred options for the regimes, putting forward a small number of proportionate changes.
This consultation applies to price control period 7, also known as periodic review 2023 (PR23), covering the period from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2029.
