This bulletin presents the provisional figures for applications for Judicial Review received and disposed of, and waiting times for such, for the Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals Service for the quarter October to December 2022.
This includes: Applications for leave to apply for Judicial review received, disposed of and waiting times in weeks for disposals; Applications for Judicial Review received, disposed of and waiting times in weeks for disposals, and; Ancillary Applications received, disposed of and waiting times in weeks for disposals.
These figures are being published early to facilitate their inclusion in the Northern Ireland Audit Office Judicial Review Process in NI report.
