The scheme is currently closed for applications. The next round of applications will open on 3 July 2023

This guidance is for any housing developer who wants to:

offset nutrient pollution their development may create by buying credits under Natural Englands nutrient mitigation scheme
build new housing within the Tees catchment area

More catchment areas will be added to this scheme in the future. This guidance will be updated when more catchments are added.
