Apply online if you are outside the UK and are a current or former member of the armed forces, or the family member of someone currently or formerly in the armed forces.
As part of your application, you must also download, complete and provide the Appendix 2 financial requirement form. You will be told to submit this after you complete your application.

Removed the HM Forces application form for applications made from North Korea as this is no longer in use. Applicants must apply online.
