Ratite meat exported to Great Britain must be accompanied by the relevant health certificate. Exporters in EU and non-EU countries should read the guide on how to complete a health certificate.

Certificate 798/2008 GBHC086X and 798/2008 GBHC086E

Use certificate 798/2008 GBHC086X from 1 January 2021.

Use certificate 798/2008 GBHC086E from 31 December 2023.

  1. We have updated the dates that GBHC086E version 3.0 and GBHC086X version 3.1 will be accepted to 17 September 2023.

  2. Uploaded updated versions of certificates 86X and 86E. Updated version history.

  3. Multiple changes have been made:1. Amended box 1.2.a in certificate GBHC086E. A unique notification number (UNN) needs to be included in this box.2. Amended the version history notes for certificates GBHC086E and GBHC086X. The previous version of each certificate will continue to be accepted until 1 April 2023.
