Details

A CRA can be used on board a vessel for a maximum of 3 months in place of a physical UK Flag State Endorsement.

Only companies can apply for a CRA. CRAs cannot be used for fishing applications.

We can also issue a CRA against a replacement FSE application for lost/stolen FSEs.

A CRA must be fully completed (except section 2 which the MCA will complete) and submitted as a one page PDF attachment.

Please email the completed CRA to fse@mcga.gov.uk along with MSF 4203 and supporting documents.

We aim to issue CRAs within 2 working days.
