Details

The Secretary of State has directed the National Crime Agency under section 172(1)(b) of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts (PCSC) Act 2022 to prepare a list of countries and territories outside the UK in which the National Crime Agency (NCA) considers children are at high risk of sexual abuse or sexual exploitation from UK nationals or UK residents.
