Use this guide to find details of all our patent forms, cost for both online and paper transactions and when they were last updated.

All Intellectual Property Office fee bearing forms should be filed with the appropriate fee.

  1. A new end page has been added. This contains a checklist and sending instructions. Supporting text added to questions that required further clarification.

  2. Forms: AF1, PF1, PF2, PF3, PF4, PF7, PF9A, PF10, PF12, PF14, PF15, PF16, PF17, PF21, PF23, PF34, PF49, PF52, NP1, SP1, SP2, SP3 and SP4 updated.

  3. Zero fees ended and normal fees resume from 1st April 2021.

  4. New SPC forms SP5 and SP6 added.

  5. Patens forms 1,3, 9A, 10, 12, 14, 21, 23, 51 and 52 updated.

  12. Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) request form added.
