The 2023 to 2024 Community Engagement Fund provides up to 150,000 of financial support to charity, community and grassroots organisations across the UK.
It will fund projects to raise awareness of, and address misinformation about:
The projects will focus on encouraging non-Caribbean communities to apply to the schemes, and will inform understanding about:
- why people are not applying for the schemes
- how to encourage eligible people to apply to the schemes
Applications for Community Engagement funding opened in August 2023. Funding was awarded to the 16 successful applicants in December 2023.
