Details

The House of Lords Select Committee on the Licensing Act 2003 sets out the findings from the committees post-legislative scrutiny of the Act and includes over 70 conclusions and recommendations. The governments response sets out their position including conclusions and recommendations.

A follow-up report was published on 8 November 2022 detailing the governments response to the post-legislative scrutiny of the Licensing Act 2003.
