  • your ARC has been lost, stolen, seized or damaged
  • you received a delivery notification through GOV.UK Notify but you have not received your ARC
  • the photograph on the ARC is not of you

Please check your GOV.UK Notify documentation, as you will require your ARC reference or delivery consignment reference number to submit your enquiry.

Read the application registration card (ARC) guidance for details on eligibility, getting an ARC, using an ARC and additional information on resolving problems with an ARC.

If you have received an ARC that is not yours, or you have been told to return your ARC to the Home Office, send to:

If you send anything to this address, we will destroy it without reading it. Send any caseworking, identity or other queries should be directed to the relevant Asylum team.
