This consultation is aimed at:

  • employees of Border Force
  • members and officers of relevant trade unions
  • members of the public using international ports and airports
  • individuals and organisations with an interest in border security

  • members of organisations which have provided cover for border security services during industrial action

  • businesses concerned in passenger travel or the importation or exportation of goods, including port and airport operators
