On 1 June 2023 an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Environment Food and Rural Affairs, in accordance with the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 and the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, determined the appeal against works notice regarding Kennack Sands Beach, Cornwall.
