The governments response to the second stage consultation on the review of post-16 qualifications at level 3 confirmed that funding approval will be removed from level 3 technical qualifications that overlap with T Levels in waves 1 and 2.
Use the provisional list of qualifications that overlap with T Levels in waves 1 and 2 to find the 16 to 19 qualifications that will have their funding withdrawn for new starts from 1 August 2024.
Awarding organisations can appeal the inclusion of their qualifications ahead of the publication of the final list. To make an appeal, complete the forms provided.
Awarding organisations must submit their appeal to overlap.appeals@education.gov.uk by 5pm on Friday 8 July 2022.

This does not change the conclusions drawn. The original equalities impact assessment is available through the National Archives.
