This report sets out the findings of the Commissioners review and makes recommendations for the improvement of childrens social care services in Sefton.
It follows areport by Ofstedthat judged the overall effectiveness of the councils childrens services to be inadequate.
The Department for Education issued a statutory direction to Sefton Council in May 2022.
