The Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee has responded to the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) initial consultation on proposals to modify timetable publication in Network Rails licence, which outlines industry proposals to modify the requirement to publish a timetable 12 weeks in advance of services running.
