Horizon is a moderate-intensity accredited programme (psychological intervention) designed by HMPPS for adult men with sexual convictions. iHorizon is a shorter adapted programme, designed for individuals with convictions for downloading indecent images of children. This clinical outcome study aimed to establish whether there was pre- to post-programme positive change for participants on Horizon and iHorizon on relevant clinical treatment targets (e.g., problem solving, pro-criminal attitudes) over the duration of participation.
