The direct award services contract between the Secretary of State for Transport,DfTOLR Holdings Limited (DOHL) andNorthern Trains Limited dated 24 February 2022, which ends on the expiry date of 1 March 2025.

This contract replaces the Northern 2020 rail services contract.
