Applications for the Turing Scheme for the 2025 to 2026 academic year will:

  • open in the first week of February 2025
  • be open for 6 weeks

The Turing Scheme is funded by the UK government.

It helps education providers support their students, including apprentices, to take up study and work placements around the world.

This guidance is for providers. It outlines:

The scheme is open to:

  • schools
  • further education providers
  • higher education providers

We do not accept applications from students. If you are a student that is interested in applying to the Turing Scheme, speak to your school, college or university.

Providers should follow the guidance for 2024 to 2025 for any projects that take place before 31 August 2025.
