Pippa Britton
Pippa Britton is a double Paralympian who competed on the GB archery team for 15 years, achieving podium places at almost every event she attended.
She is currently Chair for Disability Sport Wales, an organisation transforming lives through the power of sport. She is also a Member of the Elite Sport Sub Group of Sport Wales and is a member of the Para-Archery Committee at World Archery. She works with organisations within and beyond the sphere of sport towards greater inclusion, improving equity and increasing disability awareness.
Trevor Pearce
Trevor Pearce CBE QPM spent 40 years in law enforcement during which time he was Director General of both the National Crime Squad and the Serious Organised Crime Agency. He has experience in senior public sector management, and leadership in dealing with serious crime having particular knowledge around intelligence processes and investigative procedures.
Sarah Winckless
An all-round sportswoman, Sarah gained Blues while studying at Cambridge in netball, athletics, basketball and rowing. She is an Olympic bronze medallist and double World Champion rower.
Since retiring Sarah has spent 4 years as Chair of the Athletes Commission for the British Olympic Association and also recently lead the most successful Youth Olympic Games team to date as Chef de Mission for Team GB in Nanjing. Sarah Winckless is a director of Flint Performance Partners.
In 2013 Sarah was honoured by being presented the Sky Sports and Sunday Times Sportswomen of the Year Helen Rollason Award for Inspiration, and in this year was awarded an MBE for services to Sport and Young People.
