This guide explains how to use the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) practical test business service. You can use this to book and manage driving and riding tests for your pupils.

The guide tells you how to:

  • start using the service
  • make and manage bookings
  • manage your business with DVSA

It also tells you about the rules you have to agree to follow if you want to use the service.

The agreement tells you the terms and conditions and you have to agree to if you want to use the service, and what can happen if you misuse your account.

  1. Updated the guide about how to book and manage driving and riding tests for your pupils to include updated information and what you must and must not do.Added a copy of the agreement for using the service. This tells you the terms and conditions and you have to agree to if you want to use the service. This applies from 9 January 2023.
