The Office for the Internal Market (OIM) has published a statement of the OIMs policy and approach to transparency and disclosure.

The statement explains how the OIM obtains, handles and discloses the information that it needs to carry out its functions. It contains details of how it approaches confidential material and sets out the information related procedures it follows with all 4 governments, industry and other stakeholders.

The OIM ran its consultation from 20 April to 17 May 2022.
