27 October 2022: the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has published updated airport licence condition appeal guidance, following consultation. This guide has been prepared to assist parties involved in airport licence condition appeals under the Civil Aviation Act 2012. It should be read in conjunction with the Act and the airport licence condition appeal rules (CMA172).
