CMA response to DBT consultation

The CMA responded to DBTs consultation on Smarter Regulation: Strengthening the economic regulation of the energy, water and telecoms sectors in January 2024. The CMAs response focused on the areas where the CMA has a direct role in the landscape concurrency and regulatory appeals.
