Companies House is a trading fund and operates on a cost recovery basis. European law and HM Treasury guidance means our fees are calculated on how much it costs to provide our services and the way customers can access them.
Some of our fees will be changing in April. This will be brought in by secondary legislation, which requires Parliamentary approval. Until Parliament has given approval, changes cant be brought in, so fees may be subject to change.
Prices shown below are the proposed new fees.
