The Certification Officer has carried out a review of the Trade Unions and Employers Associations on her lists to determine whether they still met the statutory definitions. This review resulted in some organisations being removed. The updated lists can be found on her website

CWOATA Trade Union has been removed from the list of trade unions maintained by the Certification Officer, because it dissolved.
Incorporated Guild of Hairdressers, Wigmakers and Perfumers was removed from the schedule of employers associations held by the Certification Officer because it ceased to meet the definition of an employers association under the TULRC 1992 Act.
