Civil Service Teaming is a half-day workshop, facilitated or self facilitated, which helps teams have meaningful conversations, build relationships and a sense of awareness around their teams performance whilst exploring context and the situations in which teams are operating.
Teaming means coming together as a team and working towards a common goal. The practical teaming workshop helps to strengthen relationships within teams, supporting both performance and wellbeing. Theres also the opportunity to work through a current challenge so that teams feel collectively empowered to present a positive response.
Effective teaming encompasses trust, inclusivity, communication, problem solving, wellbeing and high performance. It uses positive psychology as a way of creating a great performance culture.
This learning is available to all civil servants below SCS level, regardless of role, grade or profession.
