A response to the consultation can be found in the draft explanatory memorandum that accompanies the draft statutory instrument that will bring the revised code of practice into effect.

Consultation description

Following the commencement of part 2 of the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act we are required to amend the POCA: investigations code of practice to reflect the changes made to the Unexplained Wealth Order (UWO) regime. The Home Office is required to consult on any changes made to the code.
