This form should be used to apply for registration to:

  • transport unmixed restricted or processed animal protein
  • produce feed containing restricted protein
  • buy in and use feed containing restricted protein where ruminants are kept

For further on the feed controls, please refer to the feed controls in the Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (TSE) regulations.
