Form: Porcine meat: model health certificates

Porcine meat exported to Great Britain must be accompanied by the relevant health certificate. Exporters should read the guide on how to complete a health certificate.

Certificate GBHC310

Must be used from 30 April 2024 by all countries.

Model health certificate for fresh meat, including minced meat, of domestic porcine animals (Sus scrofa) (Regulation 206/2010) (POR).

  1. All old versions of certificates have been removed.

  2. We have updated certificate GBHC310. We have also updated the 'use from' date for certificate GBHC310. Use from date for EU changed to 31 January 2024. Use from date for non-EU countries changed to 30 April 2024.

  3. We have replaced all EU certificates ending in E with new certificates that can be used by all countries. EU countries must use the new certificates from 31 October 2023. Non-EU countries can continue using certificates ending in X or start using the new certificates. We will communicate the deadline for non-EU countries switching to the new certificates in due course.

  4. Updated certificates GBHC024E/SM and GBHC024X. See version history for full details of the changes.

  5. Certificate GBHC024E should now be used from 31 December 2023. It was previously due to come into effect on 1 July 2022.

  6. We've updated certificate GBHC024X.

  7. Updated the following porcine meat model health certificate: POR (porcine meat) from EU 206/2010 (GBHC024X).

  8. Updated model health certificate 206-2010 GBHC024E.

  9. Added a version history of changes to model health certificates.

  10. Changed the date that some of the forms should be used to 1 July 2022.

  11. Updated certificate POR from non-EU countries 206/2010 GBHC024X.

  12. Edited 206/2010 GBHC024E - this will now come into use 1 October 2021
