Dr Owen Bowden-Jones, chair of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs (ACMD) and Professor Roger Knaggs, the Chair of the ACMDs Technical Committee, write to ministers to provide the ACMDs advice on the prescribing and administration of a limited number of controlled drugs (CDs) by paramedics.
