HMRC needs your help to improve our online services and GOV.UK content.
If youd like to get involved, you can join the HMRC user panel to test our services and give your feedback.
Youll need to answer a few simple questions about yourself, which should take around 5 minutes. You dont need to be good with computers or the internet to join.
You can take part in the research sessions in person or online, and can always say no to a user panel invitation. You can also leave the panel at any time.
How your information will be used
HMRC will use the information you provide during the user panel research sessions to:
- improve our existing services
- develop new services
The information you give will be fully confidential and stored securely under HMRCs personal information charter.
