Recall alert - Catophos 100 mg/ml + 0.05 mg/ml Solution for Injection

We wish to inform wholesalers and veterinarians that Duggan Veterinary Supplies Limited has initiated a Class I recall to veterinarian level with immediate effect for:

Catophos 100 mg/ml + 0.05 mg/ml Solution for Injection for Horses, Cattle and Dogs Vm 20916/3000.

The reason for the recall is due to the identification of visible particles present in the vials.

DUG(V)UK Limited is contacting wholesalers and veterinarians to examine inventory immediately and quarantine products subject to this recall.
