We wish to make wholesalers, retailers and end users aware that NT Laboratories Ltd has initiated a Class II recall for AquaCare Swimbladder Treatment:
- Batches 24103 & 25024
The label artwork is referencing the wrong data source, causing incorrect optional redosing instructions to be displayed leading to overdose.
NT Laboratories Ltd is contacting retailers and wholesale dealers to examine inventory immediately and quarantine products subject to this recall.
End users should return the product to the shop at which it was purchased.
